Tubular Motor Operator
Tubular motor operators, completely contained within the barrel, can be provided for counter doors (to 84 sq. ft.) and grilles (to 200 sq. ft.) in limited usage applications. Only the manual crank override is visible outside the bracket. The units are available in 115 volt/single phase with constant contact one button or key switch control. They can also be provided with a low voltage controller when options such as a reversing edge or timer are required.

Notes:
- Use 24 GA limits for aluminum service door.
- GJ, SJ, and LJ operators not recommended for use on doors/grilles too large to be manually operated. (Use MG, H, or LH on doors requiring manual hoist chain.)
- LH or LJ operators are limited to 10 complete cycles per hour.
- This chart is intended as a guideline only. Doors and balance springs musts be in good operating condition and adjusted to manufacturers specifications.
- The chart is based on door travel of approximately 2/3 foot per second. Doors traveling in excess of 2/3 foot per second will require increased HP rating or decreased maximum sq. ft. rating.
- High cycle may require upgraded operator.
